SHIPPING

We personalize and ship each sign within a week of ordering and ship USPS Priority or UPS ground.

You will receive a shipment confirmation via email with tracking information. We ship at no charge throughout the continental U.S. We are unable to ship to other international addresses, PO Boxes, or APO/FPO addresses.

RETURNS

Each item is handmade from start to finish in Omaha, Nebraska. Minor imperfections are normal and add to the unique signs' character and charisma. Our goal is to delight our customers and we strive for five-star reviews.

Our signs are made with only the highest quality materials and should last many years, but since most are designed to be outside and in the elements, some will endure more weather depending on geographic location and placement on the home than others. The signs have been sealed with two coats of exterior varnish, but nonetheless, they are wood and the weather will take a toll in time.

We guarantee our signs for one year and if you are a current subscriber, at your one year anniversary we will send you an Annual Care Kit to replace your planter box foam block and touch up your paint if needed. Please click HERE for details on our policy and warranty.
